Thailand, the land of smiles, the land of opportunities and the land where dreams can come true. Many have come here with a dream. Whether it is about picturesque holidays, unforgettable tours, sightseeing, or even adventures. In Thailand you’ll find it all.
You may even have a small fighter in you, who wants to the strength with Muay Thai fighting, or perhaps want to come here to loose a bit of weight or learn self-defence.

What is Muay Thai?

Before you jump on the next flight to Krabi to master the art of Muay Thai, let’s quickly sum up here what it really is you’re endeavouring on. We don’t want you thinking that this is a beach holiday where there will be a few light training sessions, and nothing else, do we?

If you search the definition “Muay Thai” online, which you now don’t have to, because we did it, the term Muay Thai has the following meaning:
Muay Thai or Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts.”

Now that is defined, let’s move on to what matters – the Muay Thai Camp!
